So what does a Paleo/Zone meal look like?

High quality proteins ranging from beef, poultry, and pork to seafood, cooked in healthy types of oils or fats.

A lot of carbs- the healthy kind- consisting of green vegetables, sweet potatoes, various fruits, and sauces.

Some meals are very similar to things that you may normally eat, like tacos, spaghetti or sushi. The only difference is nothing is made with grain, legumes, dairy, soy, or anything else that is processed. It’s so good; you may not even realize you are eating "healthy".



How much food is a 3 or 4 block meal?

The size of a 3 or 4 block meal may range from medium to massive. This is because of the nutrient density of the specific foods used. Each item is calculated by its weight or volume, so the meal size varies. It’s definitely enough to fill you up while containing everything your body needs.



How much food is 13 or 18 blocks?
13 blocks is more than enough food for most females. 18 blocks will keep a large male well fed.
